With more than 2,000 brand customers including Sephora, Samsung, GM and Sprint, Khoros manages more than 500 million consumer touch points every day across social media, messaging, and brand-owned channels. Our platform provides consolidated data and analytics for best-in-class customer marketing, digital care and online communities.
Hired by SaaS company Spredfast, my first week into my role we experienced a merger and acquisition by a private equity firm. For the first 6 months, I led my team and cohorts through a time of change management, providing support and vision in an uncertain and often emotional time. Along with my team we delivered a new brand, Khoros, during an expedited timeline of only a few months. Soon after we rebranded hundreds of pieces of legacy content (videos, case studies, white papers, data sheets, checklists, imagery, etc.), launched a brand new consumer website and executed all new customer-facing materials including our offices, events and presentations.
While hired as Creative Director, my role expanded as my team became responsible for more than just visual creation and design; as Director of Brand Marketing I now also manage written and multimedia content, PR/Comms and the direction of our website.
